Q. How do I know when books I requested from Ann Arbor or through ILL are ready to pick up?

You should receive an email stating that your books are ready to pick up. Books are kept on the hold shelf for two weeks.

If you requested books from Ann Arbor, the courier makes runs from Ann Arbor to Flint on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  If you put holds on Ann Arbor books on a Monday, for example, they should be in Flint on Tuesday in the afternoon.
