Q. Where do I find book reviews?

There are a number of sources to help you find book reviews:

• We have a guide to finding reviews of books, as well as of plays and films: https://libguides.umflint.edu/bookreviews.
• If you are using QuickSearch, you can find book reviews: Refine your results > Content Type > Reviews
• Book reviews can often be found in other online resources specific to the subject matter of the book. For example, if you are looking for reviews of a book on sociology, you could search Sociological Abstracts and Sociology Database on the Sociology guide. This and many other databases allow you to restrict your search by article type to book reviews.
