Q. How do I clear cookies? (And why should I?)

If you can log in with your username & password to a library resource, but the page won't display, it may be due to stale cookies on your browser: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, etc. Sometimes, it helps if you clear umflint.edu cookies from your browser and reload or refresh the page. (You will need to log in again.)

If clearing umflint.edu cookies does not fix the problem and you can't open a library resource, please email us at reference-flint@umich.edu.

Tip: If you can't remove individual cookies but don't want to clear everything, try clearing the most recent cookies first and see if that fixes the problem.
