Q. My interlibrary loan book was sent to the wrong library. How can I prevent this?

Some people have found that their interlibrary loan books were sent to a library on the Ann Arbor campus. You can edit your profile in ILLIAD so that physical items are sent to the Frances Willson Thompson Library. Either go to your profile in ILLIAD (illustration), or go directly to the Change Site page (illustration).
