MGet It is a linking tool for the Ann Arbor campus, but can also be used (with caution) at UM-Flint. It's used for taking you to articles and book chapters that are cited in another resource. Flint users may see the MGet It icon occasionally, and can use it, but it may not always link to what you need.

For example, suppose that in Oxford Bibliographies, you see a citation to an an article that you want to view, and it has an MGet It icon. Clicking the MGet It icon will route you through Ann Arbor's linking tool, and ask you to log in (if you're not logged in already). It will then direct you to the article itself, if it's available at UM-Flint.

If MGet It doesn't work for whatever reason, the easiest way to see if something is available is to enter the title in quotes in QuickSearch (the default search on the library homepage). You can also try entering the citation manually (see links below).
