Q. How do you find library databases for specific subjects or courses?

Great question! Librarians have created Subject Guides for every subject taught at UM-Flint. These guides contain the best databases and other resources for doing research in a particular area. These guides also have links to get help from a librarian -- reach out to them if you have any questions or run into any issues! Find a list of all our guides, arranged by subject at libguides.umflint.edu

In some cases, librarians also create special guides for individual classes. We call these Course Guides. If there is one for your class, expect again to find the most relevant resources for your class or a particular assignment, as well as helpful tips, and librarian contact information.
