Q. Troubleshooting Moxee Hotspot

The Moxee Hotspots are part of the Emergency Laptop Loan Program and are only available for check out through the program.

If you have borrowed a hotspot and it isn't working well, please consult the attached troubleshooting document from the manufacturer. If the hotspot still does not work after troubleshooting, you can exchange it at the library circulation desk.
