What is Open Access?

For our purposes, Open Access refers to books, articles, journals, documents, or other online content that is freely available and licensed for viewing and/or downloading. You may or may not be allowed to reuse, modify, or adapt it. (This makes it different from Open Educational Resources (OER), which are modifiable.)
