University of Michigan-Flint is now offering a limited number of laptop computers and other equipment for short term, emergency loans for students. The goal of this program is to ensure students have the technological resources they need to succeed at the university. Laptops and some other technology will be available to students at the library during our business hours.

The Laptop Accessibility Program is coordinated by the Division of Student Affairs, Academic Affairs, ITS, and the Thompson Library. Funding for this program has been provided by generous donations to the Student Affairs Opportunity Fund and the Provost’s Initiative Fund.

For more information about the program including who is eligible, what technology is available, and how to apply, see the official website linked below.
