Faculty who have laptops as their work computer, may experience access issues due to the incompatibility with Direct Access and the Thompson Library's proxy server. ITS is looking into the issue, but there are a couple workarounds.

  • Using LabAnywhere, your computer will function as though it is an ITS computer on a lab here on campus, which will bypass the need to login to our proxy server. You will also have full access to your campus drives.
  • You can also try logging directly into EZproxy before accessing resources. (This method has not always work reliably, but currently it seems to be effective.) Once logged in, follow links to any resources, and you should be able to use them. EZproxy login:
