Q. Are there study rooms available?

Yes. We have 10 study rooms for students' use on the third and second floors of the library. They can be reserved on the library homepage by clicking the link to Reserve a Room. Study rooms are meant for group study. They can be reserved in half hour blocks for up to 4 hours a day. They are available free of charge from the time we open until a half hour before we close. 

If you're not sure which room your group needs, you can filter the rooms by capacity.

If you need to cancel a reservation, you can either click the link in the confirmation email you receive, or you can call the Circulation Desk at 810-762-3400.

Group study rooms in the Murchie Science Building are managed separately. They can be reserved on a panel in front of each room.
