Q. What services are provided at the reference desk? What is reference?

The reference desk can be found just inside the entrance to the library on the third floor. The reference desk is staffed by librarians or students who are experienced with helping to find topics for research, finding scholarly resources, and answering a variety of questions related to the research process.
