Q. What is Get This?

Get This is a service for sending books from UM Ann Arbor to UM-Flint, and vice versa.

Most of the millions of books in Ann Arbor libraries are available to UM-Flint students, faculty, and staff. You can check them out in person with your MCard, but it's usually much easier to use Get This to have them sent to Flint.

You can also use the Get This to place a hold on a book that's on loan to someone else, or to have the book retrieved and held for you at the Circulation Desk.

To request a book or place a hold, you must login to the library catalog with your uniqname and UMICH password.
