Q. Do I have to be a student to reserve a study room?

The library's study rooms are primarily for use by current students. However, sometimes rooms are less in demand, and can be used by guests and alumni. Please contact the Circulation Desk by email at circulation-umf@umich.edu to see if they can accommodate you. 

If study rooms are in high demand, we may not be able to make one available. If you just need a quiet space to work, the lower two floors of the Thompson Library are designated quiet areas, and guest Wi-Fi is available (MGuest).
