If you want to keep a copy of the citations you have saved in your Library Favorites, you must export them before Friday, December 16. See the Citation Tools guide for information about alternate citation tools that perform similar functions. Once you have picked a replacement tool, you can export your existing Library Favorites to it via the Favorites "export" function.

Instructions on exporting your Favorites:

  1. Select the items in Library Favorites that you wish to export. To select all items on the current page, check the box next to "Selected Items". To select individual items, check the box next to each item. Note: You can select all the items on a page, move to the next page, select more, and continue through the end. There is not a way to select all items on all pages.Library Favorites exporting
  2. Once you have selected all the items you wish to export, click "Export Selected."
  3. In the window that will appear, click the "RIS export for use with Zotero, Mendeley, Endnote, or other tools" link to download the file.
  4. Save the RIS export file to your computer. You can then upload this file into your preferred citation management tool.
