A great tool to help you with citations is RefWorks. UM-Flint students, faculty, and staff can set up free accounts by clicking on the RefWorks icon found in the lower right of most Thompson Library pages:

At the reference desk, there are also citation manuals for the APA and MLA styles, or check out style guides online.
